Drapery Hardware

Drapery Hardware

Nothing adds more sophistication to your custom drapery than distinguished drapery hardware. Here at Curtain Concepts, we have a generous selection of designer hardware that will add the final touch to your window treatments.

Curtain Concept’s decorative drapery hardware comes in either wood or metal in various custom finishes, styles, colors, and sizes.  We proudly carry a carefully curated collection of finials, drapery rods, tie-backs, wall brackets, and decorative or standard traverse rails, and can’t wait for you to discover the perfect piece to top off your beautiful drapes.

Finials

Curtain Concepts has a glorious selection of finials, including crystals and glass, geometric shapes, spirals, spires, ball-shaped, pineapple, leaf and floral shapes, arrows, and more.

As the focal point of your drapery rod, finials are like adding a bit of architectural or bejeweled flair to your window treatment. In many cases, they might be the first piece of hardware you choose, as their stunning style and personality can inspire the rest of your hardware selection.

When selecting a finial, consider its size. A large finial will make much more of a grand statement, but you will want to ensure enough room to accommodate it. A smaller, sleeker finial is perfect for a refined, more understated look.
Consider the fabric of the drapery. Is it patterned or textured? This can help inform what final you select. Matching your finial to a shape in a pattered drapery can add a sense of unity, while choosing a distinct geometric shape for a textured panel can add depth and interest. A simple, lightweight finial adds elegance to sheer drapery.

Drapery Rods

Our selection of high-quality drapery rods will inspire you and add dimension and character to whatever type of drapery adorns your home.

When selecting a drapery rod, the most important thing to consider is the weight of the fabric. If the fabric is heavy, a strong and thick rod made of sturdy material, like metal or hardwood, will deter bowing and ensure your drapes stay straight on your walls. Consider whether or not you want your rod to match or contrast with your draperies. This all depends on your taste and style.

If your curtains have grommets, be sure the grommet can slide easily through the rod for opening and closing ease. The style of your drapery will help to determine the style of your rod. Traditional and stately draperies work well with ornate rods, while modern styles are accompanied best by sleek, streamlined rods. Wooden rods often offer more of a casual style and might be fitted best with draperies with the same personality.

Holdbacks

Drapery holdbacks are used to gather the draperies to either side of the window and are a quick and effortless way to let light into the room. When let loose from the holdbacks, your room will be instantly dark and private.  Holdbacks can also be used to gather your draperies to the center for a more decorative, permanent non-traverse style.

We carry a beautiful selection of drapery holdbacks in various finishes, colors, and styles, including swags, medallions, U-bends, loops, and more.

Wall Brackets

Here at Curtain Concepts, we carry a variety of practical yet beautiful brackets sure to support the rods of even the most challenging drapery jobs. Wall brackets are one of the most important features of draperies. With high-quality, sturdy brackets, the rods will be supported enough to carry the weight of the fabric.

Our collection includes:

  • Single brackets are used to support one drapery rod.
  • Double brackets support double layers of curtains.
  • Center support brackets support long windows.
  • Elbow brackets allow you to hang the curtains at an angle.
  • Adjustable brackets can be used for a variety of drapery situations.
